By accessing our website (www.lune-studio.co.uk), you agree to use it in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not misuse the site or attempt to compromise its functionality.

We provide the following services:

- Website Design & Development (Pay Monthly or One-Time Fee)
- Website Hosting & Maintenance
- AI Chatbots & Automations
- SEO Setup (included with website builds)
- Ongoing Support & Training

Details of what’s included will be clearly outlined in your proposal.

One-Time Fee Projects: 50% deposit upfront. Remaining 50% due 3 days after project handover.

Pay-Monthly Plans: Monthly payments are taken via direct debit or invoice 12-month minimum term unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting: Free for the first year (One-Time Fee clients) £300–£500/year thereafter (depending on site size and plan) All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information with:

- Service providers who assist in operating our website and delivering our services
- Legal authorities if required by law
- Business partners where necessary to fulfil a service
- All third-party processors are required to comply with data protection regulations.

We do not offer refunds for services already delivered.

Pay-monthly clients may cancel with 30 days' notice once the minimum term is complete.

All websites we build are owned by you, the client, once full payment is received.

Lune Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

- Provide timely access to content, assets, and any third-party tools needed
- Review and sign off deliverables within a reasonable time frame
- Keep all account logins secure

All clients on an active pay-monthly plan receive free updates and ongoing support.

One-time clients may request large updates at £80/hour or wait for the free annual refresh (included in hosting). Minor updates are handled free of charge.

Lune Studio is not liable for:

- Any direct or indirect loss due to downtime, data loss, or service interruption
- Issues caused by third-party platforms or hosting providers
- Any changes made to your site or integrations by unauthorised partiesWe do our best to keep your site running smoothly, securely, and efficiently at all times.

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use your data in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
